Xing Hua Xu

Xing is a native of Tai Shan, China, who came to the United States in 1997. While at Laney, he maintained a 3.72 GPA, and earned five Associate of Arts degrees. He served as publicity chair, senator and vice president of the Associated Students of Laney College, president of the Math Club and was a student ambassador. Xing will be transferring to UC Berkeley where he plans to pursue a degree in Sociology and Asian American Studies. His career goal is to go into public service.
